Pimento Cheese

-8 oz of shredded sharp cheddar (I like to shred it my self, the pre shredded cheese just isn't the same!)

-1.6 ounce jar of roasted red peppers

-handful of diced green onion tops

-Dukes Mayo

-salt

-pepper

-garlic powder

-FIREWALKER

 

dice up the roasted red peppers

add to shredded cheese and add about 3/4 of the liquid from the peppers.

add onions and seasonings to taste.

add mayo, start with a heaping table spoon...it goes further than you think since we have the juice from the peppers!

mix and add more mayo or remaining pepper juice to get to the consistency you like.

finish it off with as much FIREWALKER Hot Sauce as desired to spice it up. 

Serve with Chips, Crackers, Veggies and makes a great burger topping as well!
