Lit Up Lasagna

Don't be flat, Roll 'em up!


  • Ground Beef
  • Ground Pork
  • Salt
  • Herbs like Rosemary, Basil, Thyme, Oregano, or Sage
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic
  • FIREWALKER Hot Sauce
  • White Wine Vinegar
  • Sautéed Mushrooms
  • Sautéed Onions
  • Sautéed Squash
  • Sautéed Zucchini
  • Lasagna Pasta
  • Yummy Pasta Sauce
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese

  1. Start boiling water and then toss several sheets in and and cook for about 7 mins
  2. Pre-Heat oven to 375
  3. Mix your Beef and Pork together in a bowl with Herbs, Salt, Pepper, Onion powder, and FIREWALKER then set to the side.
  4. Dice Mushrooms, Onions, Squash, Zucchini, and sauté in Garlic with White Wine Vinegar and FIREWALKER.
  5. Here comes the fun part!
  6. Take your cooked pasta and lay it flat on a plate. Apply a very thin layer of Ricotta to entire sheet and hit with FIREWALKER.
  7. Then apply a thin layer of Meat atop the Cheese and more FIREWALKER.
  8. Now... you guessed it, a layer of Veggies and more FIREWALKER.
  9. Ok, it's time to Roll them Up!
  10. In a 9x9 or 13x9 glass baking dish pour a thin layer of pasta sauce and then lay your rollups down horizontally so you cannot see the filling on top. (this will make them easier to get out later)
  11. Add a bit more sauce atop each lasagna and then finish with a sprinkle of shredded Parmesan and a hit of FIREWALKER.
  12. Pop those bad boys in the oven, wait about 25 mins so the meat can cook through. 
  13. Let sit for about 3-5 minutes before serving along side a ceasar salad and a bottle of Red!
  14. **Vegetarian?  Scrap the meat and sauté spinach and or add tofu or black bean burger crumbles.
