Cut strips of bacon and line a muffin tin, add FIREWALKER- toss in a 425 oven until almost completely cooked (15 mins or so).
Leaving bacon in place, blot with paper towel and use a soft spatula to loosen cup from tin, then put back in tin and crack an egg in each cup.
Add a little salt, cracked pepper, FIREWALKER, and top with a few herbs. (add shredded cheese if you like).
Toss back in the oven for 7-14 minutes depending on how you like your egg and boom... you're ready to eat… unless you want to toast some bread, spread with butter, cut in to wedges or strips for the ultimate egg cup for dipping!
