Herbs like Rosemary, Basil, Thyme, Oregano, and/or Sage
Toss Bacon in a Frying Pan on medium or Baking Sheet at 400 degrees (you can cook more bacon at a time more evenly in the oven!) Add several drops of FIREWALKER to each piece of Bacon and start to cook
Take desired amount of Mayo into a bowl, toss in a few herbs and then add 5+ drops of FIREWALKER... I normally add about 15. Stir together and set aside (make extra and toss in fridge for other good eats later)
Slice Heirloom or other freshest tomato you can find and Add Salt, Pepper and Herbs to 1 side of the tomato. I like to 1/2 or 1/4 the slices as well.
Take the crispiest lettuce you can find.. I like Romaine, and break into pieces no bigger than a business card.
Once bacon is cooked to your liking, blot with paper towel.
Assembly quantities and order is up to you but once you build it... cut in 1/2 or 1/4's and you have just upgraded an old favorite!
You can always kick it up with some of our Game Day Guac on 1 side of the bread or even just slices of Avacado or other veggies... however, some purist might frown upon adding Letters to their BLT!
