Ingredients

1 Cup Flour of your choice
1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper
2 Eggs
2 Cups Breadcrumbs of your choice
Vegetable Oil for Frying
4+ Teaspoons FIREWALKER Original or Reaper XTRA Hot Sauce
4+ Tablespoons Franny’s Farmacy Hemp Honey
Green Onions/Chives and Sesame Seeds to Top

Directions

In a bowl, mix the Flour, Seasoned Salt and some Salt and Pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix the Eggs with Salt and Pepper.
In a separate bowl, add the Breadcrumbs.
Coat Chicken pieces in Flour. In batches, dip them in the Egg wash, then in the Breadcrumbs and set on a plate.
Heat about 2 inches of Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until a few breadcrumbs dropped in the oil start to sizzle immediately. Fry the Chicken, in batches if needed, until golden brown and cooked through, a couple minutes per side. Rest on a paper towel.
While Chicken is cooking, in a separate bowl, mix 4+ Teaspoons Hot Sauce to 4+ Tablespoons Hemp Honey and stir till smooth.
Coat Chicken in Spicy Honey and top with Onions/Sesame Seeds or Put in small bowl for dipping and enjoy!
